Pinyon Pines Utilities
Pinyon Pines gets its electricity from a co-op. It gets its internet from Anza Connect and propane/gas from local vendors.
Anza Electric
Anza Electric offers great service and communication with its members. They are developing solar back up. The sources and suppliers are complicated. Pinyon does get outages a few times a year. A back up generator is suggested for all properties in the area.
Anza Connect
Anza Connect offers high speed fiber optic service that was just recently installed throughout the community. They have great customer service and are prompt to return calls for servicing of any kind.
West Coast Propane
West Coast Propane has excellent customer service and a digital app that lets your see your tank and place orders when you need them.
